The Fat Boy is an all-round hopper pattern. It can imitate grasshoppers, stoneflies, and any big terrestrial with legs. It works great with a dry dropper or as a stand-alone dry.

This fly is incredibly well tied and durable. It floats great for a hopper-dropper presentation. I have had fish of all sizes come up and try to eat this fly on numerous different waterways. It floats so well I often use it instead of an indicator- Why not have one more chance to hook a fish? Get yourself some fat boys and get out and fish!
Bought these before my trip to Wyoming. The trout in the West loved em!! Can’t wait to get back out there again! Meanwhile, I’ll use them here in North Ga!! Thanks gang! Tight lines!
